At Ortis Labs we want you to be happy with your purchases. We accept a return or exchange of your order (or some items of the order) within 7 days after delivery of the order.

We request you to accompany your return along with the original receipt. The Tags on the product must be originally intact and with unbroken seal of the product in an unused condition.

Also, we request you to take a snap of the product i.e. in unused condition so that it is easier to process the refund.

The refund process for your order will be initiated once the return/exchange has been delivered to our warehouse. We will refund your due order amount in the form of Credit in your Ortis Wallet for your future shopping with us.

We believe in a ‘No Questions Asked’ Policy where the cancellation depends simply on whether the order has been shipped from our warehouse or not.

In case the order has not been shipped, our Customer Support team can assist you in cancelling your order, or some items of the order.

In case the order has been shipped and you wish to cancel the order, you will have to parcel the order back to us in the same condition with original packaging and tags, once we receive the parcel the amount will be credited to your Ortis wallet for your future purchase.

We understand that you may change your mind or wish to modify an order after you have placed it. We request you to please connect with our Customer Support Team so that they can accommodate your request and make the necessary changes to your order. Exceptions to Request:

• We cannot accommodate cancellations/modifications if the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse
• In case of modification, the requested product in place of the ordered product is available
• In case of customization of orders, the same is not already in process

Please note that order modification is independent of the fact that you may have bought the product during a promotion.

In case of pre-paid orders, the excess amount that you paid will be refunded to you in the form of Credit to your Ortis Wallet which you can use for your future purchases.

Squeeze a desired amount of Sunscreen SPF 30+ Gel on fingertips and apply over entire face, neck and chest 15 min prior to sun exposure.

Re-apply after swimming, sweating, physical activity or as needed.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Keep out of reach of children.

Store in a cool and dry place below 30 degree Celsius. Do not freeze.
